Q: IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

When purchasing a puppy from Rising C a $500 non-refundable deposit is required in advance to guarantee you a (Puppy Pick) for the litter. We accept deposits in the order they are received (First Come First Serve) All Money Transactions are done through Zelle(unless otherwise arranged).
Q: WHEN IS THE TOTAL BALANCE DUE?

We do Puppy Picks at 5-6 weeks of age and that is when total balance is due.
Q: WHAT HEALTH MAINTENANCE SHOULD WE EXPECT?
A:
Tails and dewclaws removed at 3 days of age • Up to date on all vaccinations and deworming • ICCF Registrations
Q: ANY DISCOUNTS?
A:
We give a substantial discount to military, law enforcement, fire dept, teachers, service dog prospects, and farm/ranch families please be sure to let us know if one of these apply to you.
Q: IS THERE A HEALTH GAURENTEE?

Yes, a 24 month health guarantee against any crippling hip dysplasia and congenital defects
Q: WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WITH SHIPPING?

Shipping is available at your cost anywhere in the United States and Canada. We prefer to use Platinum Pets Flight Nanny, their prices we have found to be the best. Let us know if you need their contact info to make arrangements. We will gladly take your pup to Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
